 Rules:

1.         NO smoking inside the building. We will have a designated smoking area at the exit door of the gym. All other areas are nonsmoking.
2.         Inappropriate materials will not be allowed on display, (i.e. lewd or obscene pictures or words on clothing or crafts).
3.         We ask that crafters not bring food items in to sell. We will be serving lunch only. We will have a bake table.
4.         Crafters will receive a coupon for either a drink or chips.
5.         Payment for table rental is due with this signed application by October 15, 2010. NO personal checks will be accepted-money orders only.
6.         Set up may begin on Friday, (10-29-10) between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The doors will open for further set-up at 7:00 a.m. Saturday.  Craft sale is from 9 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
7.         All crafters agree NOT to break down their tables until 4:00 p.m. Early break down is a a disruption and a deterrent to shoppers.

  I have read and agree to the terms set forth on this application. I also understand that the First  GB Church will not be held responsible for loss or injury to any participants of this bazaar & craft show.
